Hi, I’m Luke Daniels, the founder of Lubiterum. Welcome to our page.

When I passed the bar 20 years ago, I was full of energy to begin my practice as a corporate lawyer. I spent 5 years working my way up in corporate law, and then realized that there were other aspects of the field I felt that I needed to explore.

I dipped my toes in environmental law, education law and family law, and my learnings from all of these sectors made me realize that there is a lack of credible law blogs that provide information on legal topics in a way that is easy to access and read. I wished to provide a platform for a wide variety of readers that explores different legal topics.

Needing a strong foundation and support system, I gathered like-minded lawyers from different backgrounds, and we established Lubiterum, a legal blog that believes inaccessibility and high-quality information. We have commentaries on popular case studies, as well as analyses of our own cases and experiences in the legal field. We want to provide you with high-quality and credible legal information that you can rely on.
